Samir's experience in the Pipelines, Hook-ups, and other Construction aspects spans over thirty years, with a majority of these as Project Manager Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Construction Advisor, etc. He has vast experience working in a variety of countries and managing a multi-national workforce.

He is fully conversant in all aspects of construction within the offshore and onshore Oil and Gas industry. Furthermore, he has worldwide experience, providing a professional performance to a high standard of specification for clients including, but not limited to: MPNU, EXXON, ESSO, TOTAL, AMNI ABACAM, ADDAX, BRASS MONIPULO, CHEVRON, TEXACO, PETRO BRASS, AMOCO, PETRO-JET, ADONC, ADCO, O.N.G.C, DPC, SHELL, KOAC, ARAMCO, and ARCO.

He has managed to execute Projects safely in the following countries but not limited: Nigeria, Angola, Congo, India, Egypt, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, United State, etc.
